We currently ship to the UK, Europe, and the USA using Hermes (Evri).

Free delivery on all UK orders.

Free delivery on international orders over £100.

Free delivery is based on the order value shown at checkout.

For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local delivery conditions, or peak periods.

All orders are sent with tracking included.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel with Hermes (Evri). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear, and international tracking can update intermittently while in transit.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has been dispatched.

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer. We are not liable for parcels lost or taken after delivery or for orders claimed as not received when tracking confirms delivery. If there appears to be a genuine delivery issue, we’re happy to assist by raising an enquiry with the courier.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To request a return, please email josh@veenamusic.com with your order number and reason for return. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed.

All digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email containing your download link. If you create an account at checkout, your downloads will also be available in your account area.

Please ensure you download and save your files after purchase. Download links may have a limited number of uses or expiry period for security reasons.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable.
