Shipping & Returns
We currently ship to the UK, Europe, and the USA using Hermes (Evri) 📦
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery times (Hermes / Evri):
- UK: 2–5 working days
- Europe: 3–7 working days
- USA: 10–20 working days
Please note that international shipments — particularly to the USA — can occasionally take longer due to customs processing, carrier handovers, or peak periods. These delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
All orders sent with Hermes include tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your parcel via Hermes (Evri)
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch, and international tracking can sometimes update intermittently while parcels are in transit.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer. We are not liable for parcels that are:
- Delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error
- Lost or taken after delivery
- Claimed as not received when tracking confirms delivery
If you believe there has been a genuine delivery issue, please check with neighbours, household members, or building reception first. You’re also welcome to contact us and we’ll do our best to assist by raising an enquiry with the courier.
For orders shipped outside the UK, local customs authorities may apply import taxes or duties. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
Digital products (downloads, audio files, PDFs, online content) are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
To request a return, please email [your email address] with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed (excluding original shipping costs).
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
